Campaign Manager, Ad Ops (Temporary)

Adswerve, a leading Google and Adobe partner consultancy based in the US, is hiring a Campaign Manager, Ad Ops (Temporary) for a full-time engagement. This is an on-site role where you'll optimize paid media campaigns and drive measurable business results for our clients across the digital ecosystem.

About the Role

As a Campaign Manager in Ad Operations, you'll be at the center of our data-driven media strategy and execution. You'll partner with cross-functional teams—strategists, analysts, and creative specialists—to build, monitor, and refine campaigns that deliver exceptional ROI. Your work directly impacts how 800+ clients unlock growth beyond simple clicks and conversions, transforming data into strategic advantage.

What You'll Do

• Manage end-to-end campaign setup, deployment, and optimization across Google, Adobe, and other major advertising platforms
• Monitor campaign performance daily, identify optimization opportunities, and implement adjustments to improve KPIs and client ROI
• Collaborate with account teams, strategists, and clients to clarify campaign objectives, audience targeting, and budget allocation
• Prepare accurate performance reports and insights that inform strategic recommendations
• Troubleshoot technical issues, manage budget pacing, and ensure campaigns stay aligned with client goals
• Maintain meticulous documentation and processes to support team efficiency and client transparency

What We're Looking For

• Hands-on experience managing paid media campaigns in Google Ads, Google Marketing Platform, or similar ad operations environments
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret performance data and recommend improvements
• Detail-oriented approach to campaign setup, bid management, and budget tracking
• Excellent communication skills—both technical and client-facing
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple client campaigns simultaneously in a fast-paced consultancy setting
• Familiarity with digital marketing fundamentals and ad tech ecosystems
