About the Role
As a Remote Recruiter with RecXchange, you step away from the constraints of traditional agency life — the office politics, the diluted commission splits, and the rigid quotas — and take control of your own desk. This full-time opportunity lets you fill real client vacancies on your own terms and collect placement fees directly, working from anywhere in the world.
Key Responsibilities
- Source, screen, and engage qualified candidates for live client roles across global markets.
- Manage the recruitment process end to end, from initial outreach through to successful placement.
- Build and nurture lasting relationships with both candidates and hiring clients.
- Coordinate interviews, gather feedback, and guide candidates toward offer and acceptance.
- Operate independently while collaborating within the wider RecXchange recruiter community.
Qualifications
- Hands-on recruitment or talent acquisition experience, ideally within an agency setting.
- A self-motivated, entrepreneurial mindset suited to working autonomously.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Comfort using digital tools to manage candidates and placements remotely.
- The drive to hit placements and earn directly from your results.
