The Opportunity
As a Senior Contract Manager at Adswerve, you'll lead contract strategy and execution for a dynamic consultancy serving 800+ clients. You'll bridge business development, legal, and operations teams to secure advantageous terms, manage risk, and keep projects running smoothly. This role demands someone who can balance aggressive negotiation with collaborative problem-solving—someone ready to own complex agreements from inception through renewal.
Core Duties
- Prepare, analyze, and negotiate master service agreements, SOWs, and vendor contracts
- Manage the full contract lifecycle including drafting, execution, compliance tracking, and renewal
- Identify legal and business risks within contract language and propose mitigation strategies
- Coordinate with sales, delivery, finance, and legal stakeholders to close deals on time
- Maintain contract repository and documentation standards for easy retrieval and compliance
- Represent Adswerve in contract disputes or escalated negotiation situations
Skills & Qualifications
- Demonstrated experience managing contracts in a B2B consulting, services, or media environment
- Strong knowledge of contract law, licensing terms, and commercial negotiation
- Exceptional written and verbal communication; ability to translate legal concepts for business stakeholders
- Detail-oriented with ability to spot risks and flag issues before they become problems
- Proficiency with contract management software and Microsoft Office
- Organized, proactive approach to managing competing priorities and stakeholder expectations
