About the Role

As Director of Middle Market Relationship Management, you'll lead the development and expansion of BMO's market presence across the Broward and Palm Beach corridor. Your expertise in relationship-based banking and your ability to uncover strategic opportunities will directly fuel business growth. You'll function as a trusted senior advisor, earning the confidence of sophisticated clients through insight, solution-oriented thinking, and deep financial acumen.

What You'll Do

• Build and deepen relationships with middle-market and corporate clients across Broward and Palm Beach counties
• Develop tailored financial solutions that address client objectives and drive revenue for BMO
• Identify market opportunities and execute expansion strategies within your coverage area
• Serve as a senior advisor to business leaders and investment sponsors on capital structure, liquidity, and growth strategies
• Manage a portfolio of key client relationships and drive cross-selling of BMO's banking, lending, and advisory services
• Drive revenue growth and market share expansion in your assigned territory

What We're Looking For

• Proven track record managing middle-market client relationships and driving business development in commercial banking
• Deep knowledge of middle-market financing, capital solutions, and corporate banking services
• Demonstrated ability to identify client needs and craft strategic financial solutions
• Strong relationship-building and communication skills with C-suite and executive audiences
• Leadership experience; ability to influence and collaborate across teams and business lines
• Established professional network within the Broward and Palm Beach business community preferred
