Oracle EPM (PBCS~PCMCS) Manager

Deloitte is hiring an Oracle EPM (PBCS~PCMCS) Manager in Newburgh Heights, Cuyahoga County, Ohio. Join our finance technology team to lead enterprise performance management solutions and drive strategic financial planning across the organization.

About the Role

As an Oracle EPM (PBCS~PCMCS) Manager, you'll oversee the configuration, deployment, and ongoing support of Deloitte's Oracle Enterprise Performance Management systems. You'll partner with finance, accounting, and business operations teams to implement cloud-based planning and consolidation solutions that enable data-driven decision-making at scale.

What You'll Do

• Manage and administer Oracle Planning and Budgeting Cloud Service (PBCS) and Planning and Consolidation Management Cloud Service (PCMCS) environments
• Design and maintain system configurations, data models, and hierarchies to support financial planning, budgeting, and consolidation processes
• Build and optimize financial reporting, dashboards, and analytics using Oracle EPM tools
• Coordinate system updates, patches, and upgrades while minimizing operational disruption
• Provide technical guidance and training to end users and stakeholders
• Troubleshoot system issues, validate data integrity, and implement performance enhancements
• Document processes, configurations, and best practices for knowledge transfer and compliance
• Collaborate with IT infrastructure and security teams to ensure system reliability and data protection

What We're Looking For

• Proven experience managing Oracle EPM solutions, specifically PBCS and/or PCMCS
• Strong technical foundation in Oracle cloud platforms and financial management systems
• Demonstrated ability to configure data models, hierarchies, and reporting structures
• Experience supporting end users and delivering training on complex financial tools
• Knowledge of financial planning, budgeting, and consolidation processes
• Problem-solving skills and attention to detail in a data-driven environment
• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, information systems, or related field (or equivalent professional experience)
• Ability to work on-site in Newburgh Heights, Ohio
