What This Role Involves

As a school counselor specializing in early childhood, you'll be the cornerstone of student support services at Fairview Early Childhood Center. Your Responsibilities

  • Assess behavioral and emotional needs of early childhood students and develop age-appropriate intervention plans

  • Participate in professional meetings and consultations to address student concerns and coordinate comprehensive student support services

Who We're Looking For

  • Valid Delaware school counselor license or appropriate credential for the 2026-2027 school year
  • Knowledge of child development, early childhood pedagogy, and developmentally appropriate counseling practices
