We're looking for a full-time Personal Shopper to join Walmart's Sam's Club membership team in Freehold, Monmouth County. This is an essential role for someone passionate about helping our members discover value and maximize their membership experience every Saturday and Sunday.

About the Role

As a Personal Shopper at Sam's Club, you'll be the face of our membership program, connecting members with the products, services, and benefits that matter most to them. You'll work directly with shoppers to understand their needs, guide them toward cost-saving solutions, and help them get the most from their membership investment.

What You'll Do

• Educate members about Sam's Club membership levels, benefits, and exclusive offerings
• Process membership applications, renewals, and upgrades in a timely and professional manner
• Manage member credit accounts and facilitate enrollment in additional services
• Participate actively in promotional events and sales initiatives to drive membership growth
• Work toward departmental membership goals while maintaining a customer-first approach
• Uphold safety protocols and ensure compliance with company standards throughout your shift
• Build rapport with members to encourage loyalty and repeat business
• Keep your area organized and maintain accurate records of all member transactions
