Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and train store associates to deliver outstanding customer service and meet sales goals

• Drive store sales through coaching, floor presence, and strategic product knowledge

Requirements

• Proven supervisory or management experience in retail

• Availability to work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends as needed
