About the Role

As a Tire & Battery Center Technician, you'll provide safe, efficient service across the sales and service areas of the department. Working directly with customers, you'll combine product knowledge, hands-on technical skills, and a commitment to keeping our members satisfied and their vehicles roadworthy.

What You'll Do

• Install, repair, balance, and rotate tires with precision
• Test, sell, and install batteries for various vehicle types
• Perform vehicle inspections and recommend maintenance solutions
• Operate tire and battery service equipment safely and correctly
• Manage inventory, stock rotation, and pricing in the Tire & Battery Center
• Assist with both retail sales transactions and service appointments
• Work collaboratively with teammates to meet member expectations
• Maintain compliance with all safety and quality standards

What We're Looking For

• Prior experience in automotive service, tire shops, or vehicle maintenance (preferred)
• Strong mechanical troubleshooting ability
• Excellent customer service skills and professional communication
• Physical capability to lift and handle heavy items (tires, batteries, equipment)
• Meticulous attention to detail and safety compliance
• Ability to use hand tools and service equipment
• Valid driver's license
