About the Role

As Sr Channel Marketing Specialist, you will own the development and execution of comprehensive channel marketing strategies designed to accelerate sales and revenue through our partner network. Your work will directly impact how Honeywell reaches customers through indirect channels, enabling partners to succeed while advancing corporate growth objectives.

What You'll Do

  • Design and deploy channel marketing strategies that drive demand generation, partner engagement, and measurable sales outcomes
  • Develop joint marketing programs with key distribution partners, resellers, and channel affiliates to expand market penetration and brand awareness
  • Build and maintain strategic relationships with channel partners, serving as the primary marketing liaison and ensuring partner success
  • Create marketing collateral, messaging frameworks, and promotional materials tailored to channel partner needs and customer segments
  • Plan and execute partner events, training sessions, and go-to-market campaigns that strengthen the channel ecosystem
  • Analyze channel performance metrics, partner feedback, and market data to inform strategy refinements and identify growth opportunities
  • Collaborate with sales leadership, product teams, and finance to align channel marketing initiatives with corporate objectives

What We're Looking For

  • Proven experience in channel marketing, partner marketing, or indirect sales enablement
  • Strong track record developing and executing successful go-to-market programs that drive revenue through distribution and partner channels
  • Demonstrated ability to build collaborative relationships with partners and cross-functional internal teams
  • Experience with demand generation, lead nurturing, and marketing analytics
  • Excellent communication and project management skills with ability to influence across organizational boundaries
  • Strategic mindset with strong business acumen and understanding of sales dynamics
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, communications, or related field (or equivalent professional experience)
