• Partner with operations and team leadership to identify quality gaps and develop corrective action plans
• Monitor quality scores and create actionable reports that drive continuous improvement initiatives
• Document processes, findings, and best practices to build institutional knowledge and support team consistency
• Support customer communications regarding quality performance and audit results

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; some college coursework or business experience preferred
• Strong organizational and data management skills with attention to detail
• Ability to learn quality frameworks, audit processes, and customer requirements quickly
• Proficiency with spreadsheets, databases, and basic reporting tools
• Clear written and verbal communication skills
• Willingness to collaborate with teams across different departments and functions
