HR Business Partner

Addus HomeCare in Frisco, Collin County is hiring a full-time Human Resources Business Partner. In this strategic HR role, you'll work directly with business leaders to develop talent initiatives, strengthen employee relations, and ensure our workplace policies support organizational success.

The HR Business Partner role is foundational to organizational effectiveness, serving as a trusted advisor to management on all human capital matters. You'll operate at the intersection of HR strategy and business needs, driving initiatives that attract, develop, and retain top talent while maintaining compliance with employment regulations and company policies.

What You'll Do

• Serve as a strategic HR advisor to department leaders and executives on workforce planning and talent development
• Coach managers on employee relations matters, performance management, and HR best practices
• Support recruitment efforts and talent acquisition strategies aligned with business growth
• Address employee relations issues fairly and consistently, with knowledge of applicable employment law
• Design and implement initiatives for employee development, career progression, and retention
• Ensure workplace policies and practices comply with federal, state, and local employment regulations
• Contribute to policy development and continuous improvement of HR processes and procedures

What We're Looking For

• Professional experience in a Human Resources Business Partner, HR advisory, or similar strategic HR role
• Solid foundation in employment law, HR principles, and talent management best practices
• Excellent communication abilities and skill in building strong working relationships across organizations
• Proven ability to partner strategically with business leaders and influence at multiple levels
• Experience managing complex employee relations situations with sound judgment
• Knowledge of recruitment, selection, performance management, and employee development
• HR certification (SHRM, CIPHR, or similar) preferred
