Home Care Aide

Addus HomeCare is actively recruiting Home Care Aides for full-time positions in Turlock, Stanislaus County. This is an immediate opportunity to join a growing leader in home-based healthcare, starting at $19.50 per hour with daily pay available and referral bonuses offered.

About the Role

As a Home Care Aide at Addus HomeCare, you'll deliver compassionate, hands-on care to clients in their homes throughout the Turlock area. What You'll Do

• Assist clients with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, personal hygiene, and grooming
• Help with mobility support, transferring, and positioning to prevent injury
• Provide companionship and emotional support to clients
• Help maintain a clean, safe home environment for clients
• Communicate effectively with supervisors and healthcare team members about client status and care needs
• Document observations and report changes in client condition
• Follow care plans and maintain professional, respectful boundaries

What We're Looking For

• Genuine compassion for helping others and a patient, respectful approach to client care
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel within Stanislaus County
• Ability to communicate clearly and work as part of a healthcare team
• Physical capability to assist with client mobility and self-care tasks
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record
• Home care experience or certification (CNA, HHA) preferred but not required; we provide training
• Background check and TB clearance required
