Pantzer is hiring a Leasing Consultant for its new property in Woodbridge, Middlesex County, New Jersey. This full-time position combines customer service, sales, and property engagement in a dynamic, people-focused role. About the Role
You'll serve as the primary point of contact for prospective residents, welcoming visitors, conducting unit tours, explaining lease options and property amenities, and guiding qualified applicants through the rental process. Your goal is to build relationships, answer leasing questions, meet occupancy targets, and represent Pantzer's professional standards.
Work Schedule
- Monday–Friday: 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM
- Saturday: 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM
- Sunday: 12:00 PM to 5:00 PM
- Minimum of three weekend shifts per month with two weekdays off during your work week
