Receptionist

About the Role

As Receptionist, you'll be the first point of contact for visitors, parents, and callers. This is a full-time, hourly position reporting to the Director of Operations, designed for someone who thrives in a dynamic school setting and takes pride in creating positive first impressions. Your role is essential to our school's daily operations and our commitment to exemplary service.

What You'll Do

• Greet and direct visitors, parents, and students with professionalism and warmth
• Answer phones, screen calls, and route messages accurately to appropriate staff members
• Maintain the front desk and reception areas in a clean, organized, and welcoming condition
• Process administrative tasks including correspondence, scheduling, and documentation
• Manage visitor sign-ins and maintain security protocols to protect our school community
• Provide information about school programs and direct inquiries to the appropriate departments
• Support enrollment and parent communication initiatives as needed
• Assist with clerical duties and special projects assigned by the Director of Operations
