In-Home Sales & Tech Support (Part Time)

Asurion Insurance Services is hiring for an In‑Home Sales & Tech Support (Part Time) position based in Richmond, Richmond County.

About the Role

This position combines face‑to‑face customer visits with technical assistance and sales support during peak evening hours. Representatives travel to local homes to help resolve device issues while identifying opportunities to recommend protection plans.

What You'll Do

• Travel to customer residences within the Richmond area on a daily basis
• Provide on‑site troubleshooting for smartphones, tablets, and other consumer electronics
• Explain product features and recommend appropriate insurance or support plans
• Document service outcomes and update customer records accurately
• Achieve personal sales targets while maintaining high satisfaction scores
• Submit mileage logs for reimbursement and use the provided phone stipend for work‑related calls

What We're Looking For

• Strong interpersonal skills and comfort entering customers’ homes
• Basic technical knowledge of mobile devices and common troubleshooting steps
• Ability to work a consistent evening schedule: five shifts per week from approximately 4:05 p.m. to 9:00 p.m.
• Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and proof of auto insurance
• Self‑motivated with a track record of meeting or exceeding goals
• Excellent verbal communication and active listening abilities
• Comfort using mobile applications for scheduling, reporting, and processing payments
