Position Summary
We're hiring a full-time Automotive Lube Technician to support our growing service operations in Palm Springs. This hands-on role focuses on performing fluid changes, filter replacements, and preventative maintenance that keep vehicles running smoothly. You'll work alongside experienced technicians in a fast-paced shop environment where your contributions directly impact customer satisfaction and operational success.
What You'll Do
- Perform scheduled oil changes, fluid top-offs, and filter replacements according to manufacturer specifications
- Inspect vehicles for common maintenance needs and communicate findings to customers clearly
- Maintain a clean, organized work area and follow all safety and shop protocols
- Assist with tire rotations, battery replacements, and other routine automotive services
- Document service completions accurately and process customer transactions
- Support the team during peak service hours and special promotions
