Construction Manager

Lennar is seeking an experienced Construction Manager to oversee residential building projects in Rochester, Olmsted County. In this full-time role, you'll manage construction schedules, budgets, teams, and quality standards while delivering homes that meet our homeowners' expectations and Lennar's reputation for excellence.

The Opportunity

As a Construction Manager at Lennar, you'll take ownership of residential construction operations from start to finish. You'll coordinate with trades, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure projects move forward safely, on time, and within budget. Key Responsibilities

• Plan, schedule, and oversee daily construction activities for residential projects
• Manage project budgets, track expenses, and identify cost-saving opportunities
• Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and trades to maintain workflow and quality standards
• Conduct regular site inspections and quality reviews to ensure work meets specifications
• Maintain regulatory compliance and safety protocols on all job sites
• Communicate project status, timelines, and challenges to stakeholders and leadership
• Resolve construction issues, delays, and conflicts promptly and professionally

What We're Looking For

• Proven experience managing residential construction projects
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, building codes, and safety regulations
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
• Ability to lead teams and communicate effectively across all levels
• Proficiency with project management software and construction estimating tools
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel to job sites within the region
• High school diploma or equivalent; construction management certification or degree a plus
