Escrow Officer

The Opportunity

As an Escrow Officer in Las Vegas, you'll manage the critical closing process that makes real estate transactions possible. This full-time role is based at our Las Vegas division office and offers competitive pay of $30–$32 per hour, plus monthly performance bonuses.

What You'll Do

• Prepare and review closing documents including settlement statements, deeds, and loan papers
• Coordinate with lenders, real estate agents, title companies, and buyers to gather and verify documentation
• Process and manage earnest money deposits and closing funds in accordance with Nevada regulations
• Ensure all transactions meet state and federal escrow requirements and compliance standards
• Communicate with all parties throughout the transaction to answer questions and resolve issues
• Maintain organized records and properly file all closing documentation

What We're Looking For

• High school diploma or GED required; real estate or escrow training or certification preferred
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail and ability to juggle multiple files
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Comfortable using computer systems and motivated to learn escrow-specific software platforms
• Willingness to develop knowledge of Nevada real estate law and escrow procedures
• Professional, collaborative approach and reliable team player mentality
