About the Role

This full‑time remote position leads the design, execution, and evaluation of advocacy and outreach campaigns across a defined geographic region. The director works closely with national program staff, local partners, and volunteer networks to advance reproductive health access and education initiatives.

What You'll Do

• Develop regional campaign strategies that align with organizational goals and respond to community needs
• Coordinate with field organizers, communications teams, and policy experts to create integrated messaging and tactics
• Manage timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure timely delivery of campaign activities
• Monitor performance metrics, analyze data, and adjust approaches to maximize impact
• Represent Planned Parenthood at meetings, events, and media engagements to build relationships and raise awareness
• Mentor and support campaign staff and volunteers, fostering an inclusive and collaborative environment

What We're Looking For

• Proven experience leading political, advocacy, or nonprofit campaigns, preferably in reproductive health or social justice sectors
• Strong project management skills with the ability to juggle multiple priorities and meet deadlines
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities, including public speaking and media outreach
• Demonstrated success in building and sustaining partnerships with diverse stakeholders
• Comfort working remotely and utilizing digital tools for collaboration and reporting
