Security Guard Armed Clinical Patrol

Allied Universal is seeking a Security Guard Armed Clinical Patrol professional to join our team in Jupiter, Palm Beach County, delivering vigilant protection for clinical environments.

This full‑time position places you at the forefront of safety within healthcare facilities, where you will safeguard patients, staff, visitors, and assets while adhering to strict regulatory standards. You will work closely with clinical personnel to maintain a secure atmosphere that supports quality care.

What You'll Do

• Conduct armed patrols of interior and exterior areas, including entry points, parking garages, and restricted zones.
• Monitor surveillance systems and respond promptly to alarms, disturbances, or emergency situations.
• Control access by verifying credentials, screening visitors, and enforcing facility policies.
• Prepare detailed incident reports and collaborate with local law enforcement when necessary.
• Participate in regular training on weapons handling, de‑escalation techniques, and emergency response protocols.
• Assist with fire drills, evacuation procedures, and other safety initiatives as directed by supervisory staff.

What We're Looking For

• Valid armed security guard license or certification recognized in Florida.
• Previous experience in healthcare, hospital, or clinical security settings preferred.
• Strong observational skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
• Excellent communication abilities for interacting with diverse populations and coordinating with medical staff.
• Reliability, punctuality, and a commitment to upholding the highest standards of integrity.
• Physical capability to stand, walk, or patrol for extended periods and respond quickly to incidents.
• Willingness to work varied shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
