About the Role

You'll serve as a frontline protector for our clinic facilities, maintaining a secure environment for patients, staff, and visitors. As an armed security professional, you combine vigilant monitoring with professional judgment to prevent incidents and respond effectively when needed. Your presence and professionalism help ensure uninterrupted operations and instill confidence in everyone who enters the building.

What You'll Do

• Monitor building access points, parking areas, and common spaces through patrols and surveillance systems
• Screen visitors, verify credentials, and manage entry and exit procedures in compliance with facility protocols
• Respond promptly to security concerns, medical emergencies, and safety incidents
• Complete accurate incident reports and maintain detailed logs of all events and activities
• Coordinate with law enforcement, clinic staff, and emergency services when necessary
• Maintain the appearance and readiness of the facility while enforcing access control policies
• De-escalate conflicts professionally and maintain a calm, welcoming demeanor at all times

What We're Looking For

• Active Nevada armed security license (or ability to obtain within required timeframe)
• Valid state identification and clean background clearance
• Physical ability to patrol grounds, stand for extended periods, and respond quickly to incidents
• Strong communication skills and ability to interact professionally with diverse people
• Attention to detail and reliability in documenting incidents accurately
• Problem-solving mindset and composure under pressure
• Commitment to confidentiality and HIPAA awareness in healthcare environments
