Target is seeking a Property Management Lead to oversee operations at its Liberty Park location in Spokane County, Washington.

This full‑time position partners with store leadership to maintain a safe, well‑maintained environment while supporting the day‑to‑day needs of the property team.

About the Role

The Property Management Lead acts as the primary point of contact for facility upkeep, vendor coordination, and compliance with safety standards. Working closely with the store management team, the role ensures that the Liberty Park site remains clean, functional, and welcoming for both associates and guests.

What You'll Do

  • Supervise routine maintenance tasks, including HVAC, lighting, plumbing, and general repairs.
  • Schedule and monitor third‑party vendors for services such as landscaping, waste removal, and security.
  • Conduct regular property inspections to identify hazards and initiate corrective actions promptly.
  • Maintain accurate records of work orders, inspections, and maintenance budgets.
  • Assist in developing preventive maintenance plans to reduce downtime and extend asset life.
  • Respond to emergency situations, coordinating with internal teams and external responders as needed.
  • Train and mentor junior facilities associates on best practices and safety protocols.

What We're Looking For

  • Proven experience in property or facilities management, preferably in a retail or commercial setting.
  • Strong knowledge of building systems, safety regulations, and preventive maintenance practices.
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals.
  • Excellent organizational skills with a track record of managing multiple work orders and vendor contracts.
  • Effective communication skills for interacting with store staff, contractors, and corporate partners.
  • Proficiency with computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS) and basic Microsoft Office applications.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional technical certifications are a plus.
