About the Role
This full‑time position leads the facilities team at Discovery House, ensuring residential buildings operate safely, efficiently, and comfortably for students and staff.
What You'll Do
- Oversee daily maintenance, repairs, and custodial services for campus housing facilities.
- Coordinate preventive maintenance schedules and respond to emergency work orders.
- Supervise, train, and schedule a team of technicians and custodial staff.
- Manage vendor relationships and oversee contracted service providers.
- Monitor building systems such as HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and life‑safety equipment.
- Maintain accurate records of inspections, work completed, and inventory supplies.
- Assist in developing operational budgets and track expenses against forecasts.
