Creator & Partnerships Manager

The Childhood Cancer Society is seeking a Full‑Time Creator & Partnerships Manager to join its team in Norwalk, Fairfield County.

About the Role

This position drives the organization’s storytelling and partnership strategies, shaping digital campaigns that raise awareness and generate support for families affected by childhood cancer. You will collaborate with internal teams and external partners to create compelling content that amplifies the mission and deepens community engagement.

What You'll Do

• Develop and execute creative concepts for social media, email, video, and web content that resonate with donors, families, and advocacy groups.
• Identify, cultivate, and manage strategic partnerships with brands, influencers, and nonprofit allies to expand reach and fundraising potential.
• Oversee the production timeline of multimedia assets, ensuring brand consistency, timely delivery, and measurable impact.
• Analyze campaign performance metrics and adjust tactics to optimize engagement, conversion, and donor retention.
• Maintain a calendar of partnership activations, coordinating cross‑functional efforts to deliver seamless experiences.
• Represent the Childhood Cancer Society at industry events, webinars, and community gatherings to foster new relationships.

What We're Looking For

• Proven experience in content creation, partnership development, or influencer marketing within a nonprofit or mission‑driven setting.
• Strong storytelling abilities, with a portfolio showcasing video, graphic, and written work that drives action.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills, capable of building mutually beneficial alliances.
• Proficiency with social media platforms, content management systems, and basic analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Meta Insights).
• Project management aptitude, including budget tracking, deadline adherence, and cross‑team coordination.
• A passion for pediatric health causes and an empathetic approach to working with families facing serious illness.
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, public relations, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
