About the Role
As our Content & Communications Specialist, you'll develop, create, and manage content that tells our brand story and engages both current franchisees and prospective partners. This is a hands-on position where you'll shape how Propelled Brands Franchising communicates its value, culture, and opportunities to internal and external audiences. You'll be the backbone of our communications function, translating company vision into clear, compelling messages.
What You'll Do
- Develop and execute content calendars across website, email, social media, and internal communications
- Write, edit, and produce original copy for marketing materials, case studies, newsletters, and web pages
- Manage social media channels and community engagement with franchisees and prospects
- Collaborate with leadership to document company announcements, updates, and franchise success stories
- Create multimedia content including graphics, video scripts, and presentation materials
- Maintain brand consistency and style guidelines across all communications
- Monitor performance metrics and refine messaging based on audience feedback and engagement data
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience in content creation, corporate communications, or digital marketing
- Excellent writing skills with an ability to adapt tone and style for different audiences
- Proficiency with content management systems and digital publishing platforms
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Experience with social media platforms and basic analytics

- Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Journalism, or related field (or equivalent professional experience)
