About the Role

In this full‑time position you will drive the adoption and optimization of marketing technologies, ensuring campaigns are delivered efficiently across digital channels. You will partner with cross‑functional teams to design automated journeys, run tests, and measure performance to support Maximus’s mission of improving public‑sector outcomes.

What You'll Do

• Oversee the implementation and ongoing management of the Adobe Experience Manager platform, Adobe Analytics, and Adobe Express.
• Lead digital‑first marketing delivery, including email, social, paid media, and website channels.
• Design and maintain automated customer journeys and workflows that align with program goals.
• Plan, execute, and analyze A/B and multivariate tests to improve conversion and engagement.
• Collaborate with creative, content, and analytics teams to ensure consistent messaging and brand standards.
• Monitor key performance indicators, prepare reports, and recommend data‑driven adjustments.
• Stay current with emerging martech trends and advise on tool upgrades or new solutions.

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Proven experience managing digital marketing programs, preferably within a government or regulated environment.
• Hands‑on expertise with Adobe Experience Manager, Adobe Analytics, and Adobe Express.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
• Experience building automated email workflows, lead nurturing sequences, and campaign automation.
• Excellent project management skills, capable of juggling multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Effective communicator who can present findings and recommendations to technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
• Knowledge of SEO, SEM, social advertising, and conversion rate optimization best practices.
