Site Care Partner/Lead CRA – All US Locations – FSP

Join Parexel as a Site Care Partner/Lead Clinical Research Associate (CRA) based in Cedar, Cole County. In this full-time position, you'll serve as the central support and liaison for investigative research sites, managing the complete lifecycle of clinical studies from initiation through successful completion.

About the Role

The Site Care Partner/Lead CRA is essential to ensuring investigative sites operate at peak efficiency and maintain the highest standards of study conduct. You'll build and strengthen relationships with research sites, guide teams through activation phases, and maintain ongoing site support to drive recruitment and data quality throughout each study program.

What You'll Do

• Manage site start-up and activation processes, including training, protocol review, and regulatory preparation
• Develop and maintain strong partnerships with site staff, investigators, and coordinators
• Drive participant recruitment and retention strategies, working closely with site teams
• Conduct regular quality assurance audits and site visits to ensure compliance and data integrity
• Identify and resolve operational challenges and site issues proactively
• Contribute to site selection decisions by providing market intelligence and feasibility assessments
• Coordinate communication across sponsors, CRO teams, and investigative sites
• Track site performance metrics and provide actionable feedback for improvement

What We're Looking For

• Prior experience as a CRA, clinical coordinator, or similar clinical research role
• Strong knowledge of GCP, ICH regulations, and clinical trial protocols
• Excellent organizational and project management skills
• Proven ability to build relationships and communicate effectively across diverse teams
• Experience with site management systems and data management platforms preferred
• Ability to travel to research sites as needed
