About the Role
As a Clinical Specialist in our St. Louis office, you serve as FUJIFILM's trusted technical and clinical partner for healthcare organizations in your assigned territory. You'll work closely with Territory Managers to understand each facility's clinical objectives, demonstrate how FUJIFILM Sonosite solutions address their ultrasound workflow challenges, and guide purchasing decisions. Following each sale, you own the customer relationship, ensuring successful implementation and maximizing adoption of advanced diagnostic imaging capabilities within their clinical operations.
What You'll Do
- Conduct on-site clinical assessments and product demonstrations customized to each customer's specific diagnostic ultrasound needs and facility workflows
- Partner with Territory Managers to identify clinical requirements, develop tailored solution proposals, and support deal closure with healthcare decision-makers
- Provide technical training and clinical guidance to end-users on FUJIFILM Sonosite systems, operational best practices, and point-of-care imaging techniques
- Build and maintain relationships with clinical directors, purchasing teams, and imaging specialists to understand evolving customer needs and market opportunities
- Document clinical outcomes and customer feedback to support product improvement and inform organizational strategy
- Travel throughout your St. Louis-area territory to conduct training, resolve clinical questions, and expand customer success
What We're Looking For
- Registered Diagnostic Medical Sonographer (RDMS) certification or equivalent clinical sonography credentials
- Hands-on experience performing diagnostic ultrasound across multiple healthcare settings
- Strong ability to communicate technical capabilities in clinical language relevant to diverse stakeholder groups
- Customer-focused approach with a demonstrated track record of relationship-building in healthcare environments
- Willingness to travel regularly within the St. Louis region
- Working knowledge of ultrasound workflows, clinical protocols, and point-of-care imaging applications
