• Manage and coordinate the appointment calendar, optimizing technician routes and availability
• Provide customers with accurate information about service areas, appointment windows, and what to expect
• Document customer details and service requests with accuracy in our scheduling system
• Follow up on pending appointments and address customer questions before service visits
• Contribute to team goals by maintaining high-quality service standards and customer communication

What You Can Expect
