As an In-Store Appointment Setter at our Oxon Hill location, you'll work in a fast-paced environment where every call and interaction directly impacts customer satisfaction and our business growth. What You'll Do
- Answer incoming calls and inquiries from customers requesting HVAC, plumbing, and electrical services
- Assess customer needs and urgency to schedule appointments effectively
- Manage and coordinate the appointment calendar, optimizing technician routes and availability
- Provide customers with accurate information about service areas, appointment windows, and what to expect
- Document customer details and service requests with accuracy in our scheduling system
- Follow up on pending appointments and address customer questions before service visits
- Contribute to team goals by maintaining high-quality service standards and customer communication

What You Can Expect
