Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Greet guests with a warm, professional demeanor as they arrive and create a positive first impression
• Manage counter desk operations, including answering questions and directing customers to appropriate areas
• Process transactions and handle inquiries about facilities, services, pricing, and special events
• Maintain detailed knowledge of venue offerings and communicate them clearly to guests
• Support team members and ensure the front desk area remains organized and welcoming
• Handle guest concerns professionally and escalate issues when necessary

Who We're Looking For

• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with genuine enthusiasm for customer service
• Ability to remain professional, patient, and personable in a high-energy environment
• Reliable, punctual, and committed to maintaining consistent performance
• Basic math skills and comfort handling transactions
