Key Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival and set the tone for an enjoyable visit
- Manage the counter desk, including check-ins, lane or station assignments, and general guest inquiries
- Provide clear, helpful information about activities, pricing, and venue offerings
- Keep the front desk and entry area clean, organized, and inviting
- Support a positive, energetic atmosphere by delivering attentive, friendly service
- Work collaboratively with team members to ensure smooth daily operations
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a genuine enthusiasm for guest service
- Comfortable working in a busy, high-energy environment
- Dependable, punctual, and able to work on-site in Wheat Ridge, Jefferson County
- Availability for a full-time schedule, including evenings and weekends as needed
