Bartender

The Opportunity

We're seeking a bartender who thrives in a dynamic setting where hospitality meets entertainment. At Lucky Strike Entertainment, you'll be at the heart of the action, building genuine connections with guests while demonstrating bartending expertise and enthusiasm for delivering exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve cocktails, beer, wine, and non-alcoholic beverages according to established recipes and customer preferences
• Take drink orders from guests and process payments accurately
• Maintain a clean, organized bar area and restock supplies as needed
• Engage with customers professionally and create a welcoming, comfortable atmosphere
• Monitor guest behavior responsibly and enforce house policies regarding service and safety
• Collaborate with kitchen staff and team members to ensure smooth, coordinated operations

Skills & Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Knowledge of cocktail preparation and drink recipes
• Strong customer service and interpersonal communication abilities
• Capability to multitask effectively in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
• Experience with cash handling and point-of-sale systems
• Physical capability to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weights
• Bartending certification or equivalent hands-on experience preferred
