About the Role

As a part‑time leasing professional, you will support the leasing team at the Varenna Lakeside community by engaging prospective residents, showcasing apartment homes, and helping move‑in processes run smoothly.

What You'll Do

• Welcome visitors and conduct personalized tours of available units
• Explain lease terms, community amenities, and pricing options clearly
• Assist prospects with application paperwork and gather required documentation
• Follow up with leads via phone, email, and text to nurture interest
• Maintain accurate records in the property management software
• Coordinate with maintenance and make‑ready staff to ensure units are show‑ready
• Participate in community events and promotional activities to boost traffic
• Adhere to fair housing regulations and company policies at all times

What We're Looking For

• Previous experience in customer service, sales, or leasing (preferred but not required)
• Strong interpersonal skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
• Comfort using basic computer programs and property‑management systems
• Ability to work a flexible schedule that includes evenings and weekends
• High school diploma or equivalent; some college coursework is a plus
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently as part of a team
