About the Role

As a Loan Officer at Paramount Residential Mortgage Group, you'll be at the center of the home financing process. What You'll Do

• Meet with borrowers to assess their financial situations, credit profiles, and home financing needs
• Review and verify applicant information, credit reports, and supporting financial documentation
• Evaluate loan applications and determine eligibility and loan terms based on lending guidelines and regulations
• Prepare and present loan options, explaining terms, rates, and costs in a clear, transparent manner
• Coordinate the loan process, working with underwriters, processors, and other team members to move files toward approval and closing
• Maintain compliance with all mortgage lending laws and company underwriting standards
• Build and cultivate client relationships to support repeat business and referrals
• Meet performance targets and contribute to team revenue goals

What We're Looking For

• Valid state Mortgage Loan Officer license (or willingness to obtain one)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to explain complex financial concepts clearly
• Ability to analyze financial statements and credit information accurately
• Attention to detail and commitment to compliance with lending regulations
• Proven sales ability and comfort working toward measurable business goals
• Problem-solving mindset and resilience in a fast-paced environment
