About the Role

As an On-Demand Guest Advocate, you'll work flexibly across Target's store operations—choosing when and how much you work while delivering outstanding guest experiences. This role spans cashier stations, general merchandise, fulfillment services, food and beverage, and style departments, giving you variety and the opportunity to develop skills across multiple areas of retail.

What You'll Do

• Operate cash registers accurately and efficiently while maintaining friendly, attentive service at checkout
• Support general merchandise operations by restocking shelves, organizing inventory, and helping guests locate products
• Process online orders and manage fulfillment tasks including picking, packing, and preparing guest purchases for pickup or shipment
• Maintain food and beverage areas, including stocking, merchandising, and ensuring freshness standards
• Assist in the style department by folding, hanging, and organizing clothing and accessories
• Respond to guest needs with genuine hospitality and resolve questions or concerns
• Contribute to a clean, organized, and safe store environment
