This full-time director position sits at the intersection of clinical development, market strategy, and global patient access. You'll own the development and implementation of comprehensive market access plans for SAC-TMT (solid and hematologic tumor and targeted therapy) and women's cancer programs, working across multiple markets and therapeutic areas. Your leadership will be critical in navigating regulatory, reimbursement, and health systems challenges as our portfolio advances through clinical development and market entry.
What You'll Do
- Lead global market access strategy development for defined Sac-TMT and Women's Cancers indications
- Execute comprehensive access plans across geographies and payers
- Manage relationships with key stakeholders including regulators, health systems, and patient organizations
- Assess reimbursement and pricing landscapes across priority markets
- Collaborate with clinical development, commercial, and medical affairs teams to align access strategies with development timelines
- Drive evidence generation and health economics initiatives to support market entry
