What You'll Do
- Welcome and guide prospective residents through the leasing process, answering questions and highlighting community features and amenities
- Plan and participate in marketing events and community activities that engage residents and attract new prospects
- Represent the community professionally at all times, embodying the values and culture of Landmark Properties
- Support leasing and marketing initiatives to maintain strong occupancy rates throughout the year
- Assist with resident programs and promotional activities that enhance community engagement
- Meet sales and engagement goals established by the leasing team
