About the Role
As Community Ambassador at The Standard at Bloomington, you'll play a vital role in our property's success by representing our community to prospective residents and fostering meaningful engagement among current residents. Your focus will be on creating positive first impressions, guiding people through the leasing experience, and contributing to strong occupancy and resident satisfaction.
What You'll Do
- Welcome and engage prospective residents, answering questions about The Standard at Bloomington and the leasing process
- Guide prospects through community tours and discuss floor plans, amenities, and move-in details
- Support leasing and marketing initiatives that drive occupancy and community visibility
- Assist in organizing, planning, and promoting community events and activities for current residents
- Contribute to achieving occupancy and sales goals set by the leasing team
- Represent Landmark Properties with professionalism and dedication to exceptional service
What We're Looking For
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Genuine enthusiasm for community engagement and event support
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a dynamic environment
- Reliability and commitment to outstanding customer service
- Flexibility to support evening and weekend community activities as needed
- Experience in hospitality, customer service, or community engagement is a plus
