About the Role

As a ServiceNow Delivery Lead Senior Manager at Accenture's Kirkland location, you will own the end-to-end success of complex ServiceNow engagements. This leadership position combines hands-on technical expertise with strategic business acumen, positioning you to drive customer outcomes across industry sectors while building high-performing teams.

What You'll Do

• Direct delivery strategy and execution for ServiceNow platform implementations, ensuring on-time, on-budget project completion
• Build and lead cross-functional delivery teams through complex, multi-phase ServiceNow transformations
• Develop and maintain client partnerships, serving as the trusted senior advisor on ServiceNow strategy and capabilities
• Identify and mitigate delivery risks, implementing solutions that keep projects on track
• Mentor team members and foster a culture of continuous improvement and technical excellence
• Collaborate with Accenture's broader cloud and services ecosystem, including AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud partnerships
• Define and track key performance metrics, driving accountability and business value realization
