About the Role
As Senior Manager of Product Marketing for our Core Business, you'll own the strategic direction and execution of product marketing campaigns, messaging frameworks, and competitive positioning. This leadership role requires both strategic vision and hands-on collaboration with product, sales, creative, and operations teams to ensure cohesive market presence and customer value communication.
What You'll Do
- Develop and execute product marketing strategies that align with Chanel's brand identity and business objectives
- Create compelling messaging and positioning that resonates with target audiences and differentiates our core offerings
- Lead cross-functional teams in product launches, campaigns, and market initiatives from strategy through delivery
- Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer insights to inform strategic recommendations
- Collaborate with product teams to define go-to-market approaches and customer value propositions
- Manage product marketing budgets, timelines, and stakeholder communication
- Mentor and develop marketing team members, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement
What We're Looking For
- 7+ years of product marketing experience, with proven success in strategy development and execution
- Experience in luxury, consumer goods, or premium brand marketing preferred
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills with ability to translate market insights into actionable plans
- Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders
- Demonstrated project management and team leadership capabilities
- Proficiency with marketing analytics, CRM platforms, and digital marketing tools
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field
