Senior Growth Consultant – US Based Remote (Midwest)

Anywhere Real Estate is hiring a Senior Growth Consultant to support our Coldwell Banker network across a Midwest territory, based out of Campbell, Santa Clara County. This full-time role partners directly with franchise owners to expand their business and strengthen brand engagement.

About the Role

As a Senior Growth Consultant for Coldwell Banker, you will own a defined portfolio of franchisees — your "Book of Business" — and act as a trusted advisor focused on measurable results. The position centers on three connected priorities: keeping affiliates engaged and loyal, helping them grow, and continuously refining how they operate. Success means hitting clear performance targets while delivering a consistently first-rate experience to every franchisee you support.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and execute growth and brand-engagement plans for Coldwell Banker franchisees within your assigned Midwest territory.
• Drive retention by deepening relationships and reinforcing the long-term value of the franchise affiliation.
• Identify and pursue expansion opportunities that increase each franchisee's reach and revenue.
• Optimize day-to-day operations and adoption of tools, systems, and best practices to lift overall performance.
• Track progress against defined metrics and report on outcomes across your Book of Business.

Qualifications

• Proven experience advising businesses on growth, retention, or operational improvement, ideally within real estate, franchising, or a consultative B2B setting.
• Strong relationship-management skills with the ability to influence independent business owners toward shared goals.
• Comfort working to defined performance targets and translating data into actionable recommendations.
• Self-directed work style suited to managing a regional territory across the Midwest.
