Candidates residing in Massachusetts are preferred, though applicants in other locations will also be evaluated.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide day-to-day legal advice to brokerage leadership and field teams operating under the Coldwell Banker Realty brand.
- Guide compliance with real estate regulations, licensing requirements, and brokerage best practices.
- Review, draft, and negotiate agreements and documents tied to brokerage activity.
- Partner with internal stakeholders to identify and manage legal risk across the region.
- Support resolution of disputes and respond to legal questions arising from real estate transactions.
Qualifications
- Active admission to the Massachusetts bar (required).
- Background in real estate, brokerage, or transactional law preferred.
- Strong analytical, drafting, and communication skills.
- Residence in Massachusetts is preferred; candidates in other locations will be considered.
- Applicants living within a commutable distance of the Madison, NJ, NYC, or Framingham, MA hubs may be expected to work onsite at those locations.
