About the Role
This full‑time position supports Coldwell Banker’s Agent Services team by handling the administrative side of residential real estate transactions. Working remotely, you will help keep the company’s transaction pipeline moving smoothly from listing to close.
What You'll Do
- Upload and organize residential real estate documents for new home listings.
- Manage transaction workflows for properties sourced from Coldwell Banker branch offices.
- Ensure data is entered accurately and promptly into the centralized operating system.
- Monitor transaction status and flag any missing information for follow‑up.
- Collaborate with agents, coordinators, and support staff to resolve processing questions.
- Maintain confidential records in compliance with company and industry standards.
What We're Looking For
- Experience processing real estate transactions or handling property documentation.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to data accuracy.
- Familiarity with residential real estate forms and closing procedures.
- Proficiency with basic computer applications and the ability to learn proprietary systems quickly.
- Excellent organizational skills and the capacity to manage multiple files simultaneously.
