Franchise Sales Director – West Coast and MidWest-US Based Remote

Anywhere Real Estate is hiring a Franchise Sales Director for a fully remote leadership role serving the West Coast and Midwest regions. This full-time position offers complete flexibility to work from anywhere, welcoming candidates nationwide—especially those already established within your assigned sales territory.

About the Role

You'll lead franchise development and business expansion across a multi-state territory spanning the West Coast and Midwest. Your region includes California, Oregon, Washington, Arizona, Idaho, Utah, Nevada, Colorado, Montana, Wyoming, Nebraska, Minnesota, North Dakota, South Dakota, New Mexico, and additional markets as assigned. While entirely remote, this role requires regular field presence and travel throughout your territory to cultivate partnerships, close deals, and ensure franchisee success on the ground.

What You'll Do

• Identify, screen, and recruit qualified franchise candidates across your multi-state region
• Conduct discovery conversations and deliver compelling franchise opportunity presentations
• Drive end-to-end sales processes from initial inquiry through franchise agreement signing
• Develop and nurture relationships with business brokers, consultants, and referral networks
• Set and exceed sales performance targets with strategic market planning
• Support newly signed franchisees through onboarding and initial launch phases
• Travel regularly throughout your territory to strengthen in-person relationships and market presence

What We're Looking For

• Demonstrated success in franchise development, franchise sales, or real estate business development
• Consultative selling approach with strong negotiation capabilities
• Self-directed professional comfortable working independently in a remote environment
• Willingness and ability to travel frequently within your assigned region
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with ability to build lasting business relationships
• Experience managing complex, multi-stage sales cycles
• Residence within the West Coast or Midwest territory strongly preferred
