About the Role

What You'll Do
- Lead execution of manufacturing procedures, batch documentation, and technical specifications per standard operating procedures
- Operate downstream processing equipment used for protein purification, separation, and concentration
- Monitor and record process parameters throughout manufacturing runs to maintain specifications
- Perform in-process quality testing and assessments, documenting results for batch records
- Complete comprehensive batch records and manufacturing documentation for regulatory compliance and traceability
- Identify process anomalies and collaborate on troubleshooting and improvements
- Maintain adherence to GMP standards, safety protocols, and contamination control measures
- Coordinate with production teams to meet manufacturing schedules and quality objectives
What We're Looking For
- Demonstrated experience in biopharmaceutical or pharmaceutical manufacturing
- Working knowledge of downstream processing equipment and techniques
- Experience with batch record management and manufacturing documentation
- Understanding of GMP principles and pharmaceutical regulatory requirements
- Ability to work with precision and attention to quality and safety
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
- Technical background or education supporting pharmaceutical manufacturing operations
