RN/ LPN Per Diem – All Shifts

What You'll Do

• Deliver hands-on nursing care and clinical assessments
• Work across morning, evening, and overnight shifts as needed
• Collaborate with care staff on individual resident plans
• Maintain detailed nursing documentation and records
• Support resident independence and dignity in daily activities

What We're Looking For

• Current RN or LPN license in good standing
• Background in patient or resident care environments
• Dependable communication with peers and supervisors
• Genuine commitment to older adult health
• Ability to work variable per diem shifts
