RiverWoods Exeter, located in Exeter, Rockingham County, is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Registered Nurse (RN) for per diem overnight positions. We're a resident-centered community where compassionate nursing care and teamwork define our culture.
About the Role
You'll deliver hands-on nursing care during overnight shifts in a supportive, collaborative environment. This is a per diem role offering schedule flexibility while meeting our community's critical nighttime staffing needs.
What You'll Do
- Provide direct, compassionate resident care aligned with each individual's care plan
- Monitor vital signs and respond to changes in resident health or condition
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed and documented
- Collaborate with nursing colleagues and interdisciplinary care teams
- Answer resident calls and requests promptly during overnight hours
- Maintain accurate, timely medical records and clinical documentation
- Support a resident-first culture focused on dignity and quality of life
What We're Looking For
- Current licensure as an LPN or RN in New Hampshire
- Commitment to compassionate, person-centered care
- Ability to work independently during overnight shifts while collaborating effectively with the team
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Experience in long-term care, assisted living, or similar healthcare settings is preferred

Compensation
This per diem position offers competitive pay beginning at $39.50 per hour or higher, with rates determined by your experience and licensure level. Per diem stipends are included.
