What You'll Do

• Deliver direct patient care, including assessment, monitoring, and health status documentation
• Administer medications, treatments, and nursing interventions with precision and care
• Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and team members to develop and implement patient care plans
• Educate patients and families about health conditions, treatment options, and recovery
• Respond promptly to patient needs and advocate for safe, quality care

What We're Looking For

• Current Connecticut Registered Nurse (RN) or Graduate Nurse (GN) license required before your start date
• Graduation from an accredited nursing program with an Associate's degree in Nursing (ASN); Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) must be completed within six years of employment
• BLS certification from the American Heart Association
• Strong clinical judgment, communication skills, and patient-centered approach
• Ability to work effectively in a collaborative healthcare setting
