About the Role

This full-time entry-level position places RNs in medical-surgical nursing practice. You will provide patient care, conduct clinical assessments, and collaborate with your healthcare team while developing foundational nursing competencies in a structured, mentored environment.

What You'll Do

• Provide direct nursing care to patients in medical-surgical units
• Perform patient assessments and maintain accurate clinical documentation
• Work alongside physicians and care team members in implementing patient plans
• Monitor patient status and respond promptly to their care needs
• Strengthen clinical competencies with support from experienced preceptors

What We're Looking For

• Completion of an accredited nursing education program
• Minimum Associate degree in Nursing; Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred
• Active Connecticut registered nurse license
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification through the American Heart Association
• Strong assessment abilities and capacity for clinical reasoning
• Dedication to the highest standards of patient care
